Available in two primary construction types (Ferrule and Inter-Woven), it caters to diverse needs from zoo enclosures and safety barriers to decorative facades and green walls.
 

Core Material & Construction

• Material: Manufactured from high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel wire rope. Primary material grades include AISI 304, AISI 316, and AISI 316L to suit different environmental demands.

• Strand Structure: Wire rope strand structure is selected based on diameter:

  • Diameter < 2.5mm: Typically 7x7 strand construction.

  • Diameter >= 2.5mm: Typically 7x19 strand construction.

• Clamping/Ferrules: Cables are precision-swaged using:

  • Type CX: Tinned Copper Ferrules

  • Type CXE/CXS: Stainless Steel Ferrules
    (Aluminum, copper, or other ferrule materials available upon request).

• Surface Finishes: Standard stainless steel finish. Optional surface treatments (e.g., oxidation, spraying) available to meet specific customer requirements.

1. Ferrule Type Cable Mesh:

• Description: Cables are connected at intersections using pressed stainless steel sleeves (ferrules) in a specialized process. This creates a classic, versatile, and economical mesh, particularly effective with smaller rope diameters.

• Characteristics: Highly stressable, flexible, excellent shape retention. Offers superior aesthetic appeal and decorative potential. More rigid structure than inter-woven type. Directional (installable vertically or horizontally - requires confirmation during ordering).

• Mesh Geometry: Standard diamond mesh opening features a 60° top angle. Key production parameters are cable diameter, mesh opening (long-way & short-way dimensions), and panel width/length.

• Edge Seals: Available in 4 basic standard types (details to be specified).
   

  

• Ideal For: Architectural facades, balustrade infill, decorative screens, protective barriers, design-focused projects where aesthetics and cost-efficiency are paramount.

1. Inter-Woven Type Cable Mesh:

   • Description: Cables are intricately woven together without ferrules at each intersection, creating a continuous knotless net.

   • Characteristics: Lighter weight, higher flexibility, and significantly greater transparency compared to ferrule type mesh. Exceptional adaptability for complex shapes.

   • Mesh Geometry: Standard diamond mesh opening features a 90° top angle. Key production parameters are cable diameter, mesh size (center-to-center distance), and panel width/length.
